At Vishalcrafts, we take pride in delivering high-quality, handcrafted art and craft products. Since each item is uniquely crafted, we do not offer refunds or accept returns, except in cases where the product arrives damaged due to transit.

Eligibility for Return

A product is eligible for return only if it is physically damaged or broken during delivery.

How to Request a Return

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Inspect the Product Upon Delivery

    • Check the item immediately upon receiving your order.
  2. Report Any Damage Within 24 Hours

    • If your product is damaged, notify us within 24 hours by emailing info@vishalcrafts.com with the details.
  3. Provide Proof of Damage

    • Attach clear images or a video showing the damaged item along with its packaging. This will help us process your request quickly.

Return & Replacement Process

  • Once we verify your claim, we will either arrange a pickup or guide you on the return process.
  • A replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
  • If a replacement is not available, we will issue either store credit or a refund, based on your preference.

Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following situations:

  • If the reason is “change of mind” or “not as expected.”
  • If the claim is made after the 24-hour window from delivery.
